IP section in CanPack Fip keeps up the struggle!

Our comrades at CanPack Fip, Poland’s largest manufacturer of aluminium containers, keep up the struggle after going on strike for more than a week.

CanPack Fip is Poland’s largest manufacturer of aluminium containers. If you’re having a can of soda in Poland, chances are it was made by our comrades in the union.

Before the summer, workers organised in the company plant and warehouse in Brzesko and Debica and called a strike beginning June 20th that lasted for over a week. In order to support it, they called a fundraiser. You can find more info on their struggle here

After some months of that initiative, the section is still going strong and keeping up the struggle against the bosses! The fundraiser hasn’t reached its target yet (almost there!), so if you feel that you can help and want to support our comrades, join hundreds of others and please donate at

Your support will be much appreciated.
